This program is formally known as HPRP Homelessness Prevention Rapid Re-Housing. This program focus on moving homeless families and individuals from the streets, campgrounds, shelters and places not meant for human habitation. P8 provides intensive case management, housing relocation and stabilization services including rental application fees, security deposits, utility deposits or payments, last month's rent and housing search and placement activities. Short-term and medium-term to stabilize homeless individuals and families into permanent housing coupled with supportive services. Client will also benefit from other supportive services such as mental health, substance abuse treatment, child care, education, job readiness, financial classes, employment assistance, transportation, clothing and food vouchers.
This program is formally known as HPRP Homeless Prevention Rapid Re-Housing Program. NCA Project HOPE! is our emergency services program committed to preventing homelessness one crisis at a time. NCA currently provides housing relocation and stabilization services and financial assistance including rental assistance, utility assistance, rental application fees, security deposits, last month's rent, utility deposits, utility payments, moving cost, transportation, financial classes, food vouchers and clothing vouchers. Short-term and medium-term rental assistance is for individuals and families experience financial crisis and are at risk of becoming homeless. Clients must be 30% BELOW the Area Median Income to be eligible for this program.

NCA provides onsite free tutorial services through our After School Tutorial Program for low to no income high risk youth that attend schools that did not meet AYP. Through this program we also incorporate social and athletic activities that build positive behavior, esteem, health awareness and character development.
Financial Peace University Program for Adults enrolled in our housing, employment and emergency services programs. This program is offered to educate adults about the basics of money, becoming debt free and saving. Clients participate in a 9 week course to address the fundamental of money.
